Digital Delivery & Access
How Your Downloads Work
All Collegiate Concierge products are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, delivery is handled automatically through the Digital Products app.
What You'll Receive
- A confirmation email from Shopify with your order summary.
- A separate download email from Digital Products containing a secure link to access your files.
- Your files are available as instant downloads — typically delivered within a few minutes of purchase.
Where to Find Your Download Link
Your download link is included in the delivery email from Digital Products. You can also access your files at any time through your order confirmation page or by visiting your account (if you created one at checkout).
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
If Your Email Is Delayed
Download emails are sent automatically, but occasional delays can occur. If you haven't received your download link within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for an email from Digital Products or Collegiate Concierge.
- Use our Contact page to reach us and we'll resend your link promptly.
No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital, physical shipping does not apply. There are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines associated with your purchase.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll make it right.
